Sweet & Spicy DAAL Trail Mix
I LOVE a good trail mix and there's nothing better than creating your own, with the perfect ratios of your favorite snacks. A little healthy, a little indulgent, and always a bit of chocolate, the satisfaction of a good trail mix can't be beat. You've probably never tried crispy mung beans in your trail mix so believe me when I say this will be your new favorite mix in.
- 1 cup Sweet Chili Masala DAAL
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (i like the 50% less sugar ones)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mini M&M's (or dark chocolate to make it vegan)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve!
Serves: 3-4
Yes its gluten free!
