SWEET & SPICY HUMMUS
This sweet and spicy hummus is my go to anytime im looking for a healthy snack. Loaded with fiber and protein, there are so many ways to customize with toppings. The Swet Chili Masala DAAL adds the perfect crunch to every bite.
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Masala DAAL
- 1 can chickpeas
- juice of 1 large lemon
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pita chips or thick sliced bell pepper
Add chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlilc, cumin, olive oil and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour in a bowl and top with Sweet Chili Masala DAAL. Serve with pita chips, bell pepper and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
